My goal is to create a calm, relaxed, and transparent experience for every appointment.

To keep things running smoothly and to respect everyone’s time, these policies help guide scheduling and appointments.


Booking Appointments

All appointments are booked through Vagaro. If you’re unsure what to schedule, you’re welcome to book a Consultation so we can plan the best service for your hair goals.

Color services are primarily booked on Wednesdays and Thursdays so we have unhurried time together for the best possible results.


Color Services Include

Every color appointment includes:

  • Toner when needed

  • A light reshaping trim

  • A polished blow-dry with light smoothing or a soft curl if desired

  • A standard amount of color/lightener for the service booked

If additional product is needed for long, thick, or dense hair, I’ll walk you through the added cost before we begin.
You’ll always receive an estimated quote at the start of your appointment so pricing feels clear and predictable.


Haircuts With Color

A light reshaping trim is included with every color service.

If you’d like a full haircut or a bigger change in shape, you can add a Full Haircut Add-On so we have dedicated time to refine your cut.


Pricing

Prices listed are starting points.
Final pricing is based on:

  • hair length

  • density

  • time required

  • technique

  • amount of product used

I’ll always review an estimated quote with you before we begin any color service.


No-Tip Salon

Ciao Bella is a no-tip salon.
My pricing is set to reflect the time, care, and professional products that go into your service.
Your support comes from showing up, enjoying your appointment, and trusting me with your hair — and that is more than enough.


Cancellation Policy

I completely understand that life happens and plans sometimes need to shift.
To keep the schedule running smoothly and respect everyone’s time:

• Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service• After two no-shows or late cancellations, a 50% deposit is required to book future appointments• If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled
• After three late arrivals, a 50% deposit will be required for future bookings
• Deposits apply to your service unless you no-show, cancel late, or arrive more than 15 minutes late (in those cases, the deposit is forfeited)

Preparing for Your Appointment

No special prep is needed.
Arrive with your hair in its normal state (no need to wash beforehand).

If you use heavy oils or dry shampoo regularly, a Clarify + Scalp Reset can be added at your appointment to remove buildup for the best color results.


Consultations

Consultations are available for thoughtful planning, especially for bigger color changes.
Consultations do not include same-day color services.
