Cancellations & Late Policy


I know schedules change, and I do my best to be flexible. To keep appointments running smoothly and to respect the time set aside for each guest, the following policies apply:

  • Appointments missed without notice are charged 100% of the scheduled service.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged 50% of the scheduled service.
  • After two missed appointments or late cancellations, a 50% deposit will be required to book future appointments.
  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled so I can stay on time for the rest of the day.
  • After three late arrivals, a 50% deposit will be required for future bookings.
  • Deposits are applied to your total at checkout. Deposits are forfeited for no-shows, late cancellations, or arrivals more than 15 minutes late.
